Fabrication Work in a Transformer Company

• Tank Fabrication
• Cutting and welding steel plates to make oil tanks for transformers.
• Ensuring leak-proof welding and proper finishing.
• Adding bushings, radiators, cooling fins, and valves.
• Structural Fabrication
• Making frames, base structures, lifting lugs, brackets, and supports.
• Fabrication of conservators, cooling radiators, and pipe connections.
• Sheet Metal Work
• Covers, enclosures, and protective casings.
• Doors, inspection windows, and cable boxes.
• Machining & Drilling
• Precision machining for parts like flanges, joints, and fittings.
• Surface Treatment
• Sand blasting, shot blasting, and cleaning for smooth finish.
• Painting, powder coating, or hot-dip galvanizing for anti-rust protection

Location of Job--Meerut(Partapur)

Experience required--1 to 4 years
