Hiring: Production Executive
Location: Thiruvaniyoor, Ernakulam

What We’re Looking For:

B.Tech in Polymer Science / Polymer Engineering
1–2 years of proven experience in rubber/silicone processing, compounding, and moulding operations
Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities
Handle compounding, moulding, and material preparation processes
Ensure smooth coordination between production, QC, and stores teams
Monitor machinery and operator performance for quality and efficiency
Maintain production records and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
