As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes and ensuring efficient execution of PCBA projects.
*Develop and implement effective production plans, schedules, and strategies for PCBA, considering capacity, resources, and customer requirements.
*Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall efficiency.*Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance PCBA processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.*Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PCBA to contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering / maintenance, process and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of PCBA processes within the overall manufacturing workflow.*Coordinate with project managers to align production schedules with project timelines and customer delivery expectations.*Provide accurate and timely reports on production status, highlighting any potential issues and proposing solutions.*Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards of product quality during the PCBA process.
*Strong understanding of PCBA processes, equipment, and industry standards.
*Proficiency in using production planning software and ERP systems.*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.*Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.*Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving production targets.*Good in Manpower management
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
5+ years experience in Production, Production Planning, particularly in the PCBA domain within the Electronics Manufacturing segment.
