Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Execution:

   Oversee and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure smooth production operations.

• Process Optimization:

   Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

• Quality Control:

   Ensure adherence to quality standards by monitoring and troubleshooting production issues.

• Equipment Maintenance:

   Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning of machines and equipment.

• Cost Reduction:

   Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing resource utilization and minimizing production losses.

• Safety & Compliance:

   Ensure compliance with safety regulations, workplace guidelines, and company policies.

• Collaboration:

   Work closely with other departments, including design, procurement, and maintenance, to meet production goals.

• Reporting & Documentation:

   Maintain production records, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

   Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

• Experience:

   2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills:

   Knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality control techniques.

• Software Proficiency:

   Experience with ERP systems, CAD software, and MS Office.

• Analytical Skills:

   Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Communication:

   Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is an advantage.
