Production Engineer – Plastic Molding Unit

Location: Chelakkara, Thrissur

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of total experience in production
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Plastic Molding operations

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities in the plastic molding unit
• Monitor and ensure product quality and production efficiency
• Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime
• Implement production plans and ensure timely delivery as per schedule
• Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to safety and process standards

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines and processes
• Ability to manage a production team effectively
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Salary: Based on experience and industry standards.

Immediate joining preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
