Job Description

As a CNC Machinist at our company, your role will involve operating and programming CNC Lathe and VMC machines to execute daily production activities efficiently. You will be responsible for optimizing machining cycle time, ensuring product quality, and handling SS components with accurate machining parameters. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with QA/QC, Design, and Assembly teams while maintaining production reports, tooling, and machine health. Troubleshooting machining and production issues will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and program CNC Lathe and VMC machines - Execute and monitor daily production activities - Optimize machining cycle time and ensure product quality - Handle SS components with accurate machining parameters - Coordinate with QA/QC, Design, and Assembly teams - Maintain production reports, tooling, and machine health - Troubleshoot machining and production issues Qualifications Required: - B.Tech Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 2 years of experience in machining or production - Hands-on experience with CNC Lathe and VMC - Knowledge of SS machining (preferred) - Good understanding of machining tools, tolerances, and processes - Strong communication and problem-solving skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at our location.,
