Job Description

Production Engineer Responsibilities: -

Man power allocation for daily production according to plan and capacity and Monitoring of hourly/Daily production to meet desired output.
Monitoring, identify and closer of production failure.
To monitor and control line rejection of raw materials and ensure return to MS with proper documentation.
To ensure updates of display boards data daily and monthly basis.
To ensure update log books of line
Provide and ensure multiskilling process execution of production associates.
To ensure work instructions are displayed and operators are working as per that.
To ensure closure of all process audit LOPS
To identify, initiate and motivate the team to drive the 5S/kaizen activities and build up a culture of continuous improvement in the manufacturing process/systems and way of working of the team.
To motivate production team (Zero ground level) towards output orientation with team efforts.
To provide feedback of SAP vs Product (BOM/WD/GA) and make follow-up for implementation.
To ensure that information is passed from shift to shift (within production) and outside the team and other support functions.
To ensure flow of information timely and correct.
To work closely with support function (IGI/MS/QA ) to resolve day to day production issues and share feedback to improve their challenges.
To maintain and follow the 5S Concept and safety measures required on the production lines and at other working areas.
Coordination with support function (PPC/MS/QA etc.) to resolve daily production issues during assy.
Must know traceability systems
Learning on MES systems is a add on
Proficient in analysis CAPA/ 8D concepts
Would be able to perform trouble shooting on lines

Capable of handling manpower 50-60
Education qualification Diploma /B-tech mechanical/ electrical/ electronics
Candidate must be from auto ancillary background
Salary band- to lakh CTC P.A
Working Experience – 4-6 years
