Production Chemist

Role Overview: You are applying for the position of Chemist Reactor Handling at EWarriors Tech Solutions, located in Achutapuram, Visakhapatnam. As a part of the production team in a Pharmaceutical and Chemical Manufacturing company, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring chemical reactors, ensuring proper handling of materials, recording process parameters, and maintaining documentation accurately. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in material charging and discharging, following safety protocols, reporting any deviations, and maintaining cleanliness in the working area. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor chemical reactors following process instructions. - Ensure proper handling of raw materials and intermediates during batch operations. - Record process parameters accurately and maintain documentation. - Follow Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) protocols. - Assist in charging and discharging materials to/from reactors. - Report any deviations or abnormalities to the supervisor promptly. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the working area. Qualifications Required: - B.Sc. in Chemistry is mandatory. - 1-2 years of experience in reactor operations in chemical/pharma manufacturing. - Basic knowledge of GMP and safety protocols. - Willingness to work in shifts. - Location preference: Candidates in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam (Vizag).,
