Production Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and operate production equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuges, STD units, or Blow Molding Machines.

· Monitor chemical reactions and processing conditions, ensuring accurate measurements and process parameters.

· Maintain production logs, process documentation, and batch records as per SOPs.

· Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental guidelines, and quality compliance.

· Coordinate with the Quality Control and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.

· Troubleshoot minor process-related issues and escalate when necessary.

· Maintain cleanliness and GMP standards in the production area.

· Train junior operators and ensure proper handling of chemicals and machinery.

· Ensure proper handover to the next shift in-charge, including status updates of ongoing processes, equipment conditions, and any critical observations or deviations.

Candidate Requirements:

· Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

· Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.

· Technical Skills: Must have experience in at least two of the following:

o Blow Molding Machines

o Centrifuge

o STD (Solvent Transfer/Distillation)

o Chemical Reactors

· Other Skills: Good understanding of production SOPs, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
