We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Chemist with hands-on experience in nutraceutical manufacturing, especially in syrup, tablet, or capsule sections. The candidate should be well-versed with GMP standards and able to supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure quality and compliance.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily production activities of syrup/tablet/capsule manufacturing
Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and internal quality standards
Monitor batch manufacturing and batch packing records (BMR/BPR)
Troubleshoot process-related issues and suggest improvements
Maintain documentation and report deviations
Ensure timely completion of production targets and batch dispatches
Qualification & Skills:
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm or relevant qualification
1–4 years of experience in Nutraceutical production (syrup/tablet/capsule section)
Knowledge of machines like RMG, FBD, Compression, Coating, Syrup mixing tanks, filtration units, etc.
Understanding of SOPs, GMP practices, and regulatory documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
