Production Associate - Level II

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards by stopping work and reporting any hazards, complying with policies, and using personal protective equipment. Additionally, you will ensure quality by following standard work procedures, raising issues, and performing quality inspections. You will operate manual and automated equipment to meet customer expectations, achieve production goals, and maintain a clean work area. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, along with personal development in line with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Stop work and report any major injury hazards promptly - Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations - Use appropriate personal protective equipment - Correct hazards within your control - Follow standard work procedures and quality processes - Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures - Operate equipment to manufacture and assemble products - Achieve production goals and maintain a clean work area - Communicate effectively with the team and support staff - Participate actively in improving quality, safety, and employee development Qualification Required: - High school diploma or equivalent experience - Some work experience or intermediate level knowledge - Preferred CNC work experience of more than 3 years - Ability to independently do part programming and knowledge of fixtures and cutting tools Note: This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
