PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Position: Production Assistant

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Production / Printing field

Location: Nearby candidates preferred

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com / B.A / B.Sc / BBA / B.Tech etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily printing production activities
• Support machine operators with material setup (ink, plates, paper etc.)
• Monitor production workflow to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Conduct basic quality checks on printed materials
• Coordinate with production supervisor for scheduling and job priorities
• Maintain stock of raw materials and update inventory records
• Assist in finishing processes (cutting, binding, lamination, packing)
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
• Prepare daily production reports

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in printing or production field
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and machines
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Time management and problem-solving ability

• Candidates staying nearby / within local area
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willingness to work in shift-based production environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
