Job Summary:

We are looking for freshers from ITI, Diploma, or BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) backgrounds for Production and Assembly roles. The selected candidates will work on the assembly, testing, and production of industrial pumps, motors, and related mechanical components. Training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical parts (motors, pumps, etc.) as per instructions or drawings
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (like vernier calipers, micrometers)
• Assist in product testing and inspection processes
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the shop floor (5S compliance)
• Support senior technicians and production supervisors in daily operations
• Record basic production data and report work status
• Learn and adhere to safety practices and company policies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:
• ITI (Fitter, Motor Mechanic, Turner, etc.)
• Diploma (Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.)
• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) freshers also eligible, if willing to work in hands-on production roles
• Experience: 0 to 1 year (freshers welcome)

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical tools and components
• Familiarity with workshop safety and discipline
• Ability to read simple engineering drawings (preferred)
• Physically fit, active, and willing to learn
• Good teamwork, discipline, and punctuality
