Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide production support for CNC machines, ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with production engineering team to optimize machine shop processes and improve productivity.
Develop and maintain CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, including turning and milling operations.
Troubleshoot mechanical problems on precision machinery, utilizing knowledge of machining processes and techniques.
Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring production runs and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
Strong understanding of CNC machines, CNC programming (turning & milling), and machining processes.
Proficiency in operating CNC machines, setting up jobs, and making necessary adjustments.
Ability to read blueprints/drawings to create accurate tool paths for machining operations.
