As a Business Analyst Trainee at our company in Vimanagar, Pune, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on providing valuable insights to support product decisions and enhance business growth. Your keen analytical skills will be utilized to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize user experience and product performance. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting project governance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within our Project Management Office (PMO). Your responsibilities will include tracking and monitoring the progress of projects and programs across the organization. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining PMO dashboards, reports such as DPR and WPR, and executive summaries including RAG status and milestones. Furthermore, you will support project and program governance through coordinating meetings, documenting proceedings, and tracking actions. Your contribution will also be required in resource planning and allocation reporting. Ensuring project compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and KPIs will be a critical aspect of your role. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Product Owner in formulating the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders. Your ability to translate business and customer needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria will be essential. Active participation in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives will be expected from you to contribute effectively to the team's success. This position is ideal for a final year Engineering or Management student with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or related fields. As a fresher, preferred experience in a combination of Start-up and Medium-sized Organizations will be an added advantage.
