Product & UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented Product & UI/UX Designer who can transform our software into intuitive, user-friendly products that delight our clients.

Role Overview:

As a Product & UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process, from understanding user needs to crafting visually appealing interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance innovation with practical, effective solutions.

Responsibilities

* Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

* Translate insights into wireframes, storyboards, user flows, sitemaps, and prototypes.

* Design and develop graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and interactive components.

* Build UI mock-ups and prototypes to clearly illustrate product functionality and look.

* Create original graphic designs and present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders.

* Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, making adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing.

* Ensure products are usable, accessible, and enjoyable for end users.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy and goals.

* Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all digital products.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma in Design or related field preferred.

• Strong portfolio of design projects.

• Proficiency in Photoshop and wire framing/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap is a plus.

• Good understanding of colour, typography, layout, and interactive design.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience Required - 2 plus years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
