Company Name: Jnana Inventive Location: Perungudi, Chennai Internship Duration: 6 Months Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on performance) About the Opportunity: We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Product Support Executive Interns who are passionate about helping users, solving problems, and communicating clearly. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in customer support and product assistance in the tech industry. Responsibilities: Handle support calls , emails , and live chat interactions professionally Provide software product demonstrations to clients and users Document queries, issues, and feedback accurately Coordinate with the internal team to resolve issues efficiently Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through prompt responses Participate in client meetings for requirement understanding and feedback Communicate clearly in both spoken and written English Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) Must be outspoken , confident, and willing to speak with clients directly Interest and comfort in handling support calls, emails, and chat interactions Willing to take up any tasks related to support and client communication Ability to listen actively and explain technical concepts in simple terms Must bring their own laptop Must work on-site from our Perungudi office Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and communication strategies Training & Support: Full product training will be provided during onboarding Support in developing skills for client communication, demos, and handling queries Growth Opportunities: Real-world experience in a tech product support role Exposure to software workflows and client interaction Opportunity to grow into a full-time Product Support Executive role based on performance Terms & Conditions: Internship Duration: 6 months Stipend : ₹5,000 to ₹7,000/month based on performance Must be available for on-site work in our Perungudi office Must participate in client meetings and support activities Own laptop is required Performance evaluation at the end of internship to determine full-time eligibility Join Jnana Inventive and become the voice that connects great products with great users!
