Job Description

Looking for candidates with experience in Javascript & HTML and excellent communication skills. Immediate joiners are preferred. As a Technical Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include providing technical support and product guidance to customers, partners, and other stakeholders involved in developing campaigns and marketing channel communications. You will proactively establish and maintain strong working relationships with developers and users at customer sites to ensure their success with the product. Additionally, you will conduct research, record best practices, and collaborate with other teams to support customer needs and business goals. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a software support environment, with expertise in writing and debugging SQL statements, and experience with XML, Javascript, and HTML. Knowledge of database platforms like Oracle, SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is required, along with familiarity with web services APIs, database connectors, and SOAP. A comprehensive understanding of complex, database-centric, internet-based systems is essential. Strong multitasking skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are also necessary for this role. Job Responsibilities: - Perform root cause analysis on customer issues to enhance knowledge of the product - Document all communication and troubleshooting activities related to customer issues - Educate customers on product functionalities to address their concerns - Write and present internal courses on troubleshooting product functionalities - Collaborate with technical support team members and other cross-functional teams - Maintain timely communication with customers regarding support issues - Troubleshoot problems related to third-party software applications - Be flexible to work in a rotational shift environment (24*7) What we offer: At GlobalLogic, we prioritize a culture of caring, continuous learning and development, interesting work, balance, and flexibility.
