Customer Support: Respond to incoming customer requests and complaints through phone, email, and chat. Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about products and services, including basic usage and troubleshooting. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Transaction Processing: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a CRM system. Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate internal teams or departments.
