About the Role

We are hiring a smart, analytical and highly communicative fresher to work directly with the Founder.
This role involves product research, operations coordination, AI content creation, and cross-team communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Keyword Research

• Conduct deep research using tools like Helium10 and other search-trend platforms.
• Identify new product opportunities in gifting, home décor, wellness, and festival-related categories.
• Present insights and recommendations based on data.

Listing & Operations Coordination

• Ensure product listings are created and updated across all required online channels.
• Coordinate closely with the catalogue team to keep product information accurate.
• Follow up on listing-related tasks and ensure timely completion.

Website Coordination

• Work with the website development team to complete the company website.
• Share page requirements, layouts, and follow up on progress and corrections.

Content Development Using AI

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.) to generate content for product images and creatives.
• Prepare text overlays, product descriptions, and visual guidelines.

Market Insights

• Track trends on D2C websites and other online brands.
• Provide inputs on bestsellers, pricing trends, packaging styles, festival kits, and new launches.

Team Communication

• Coordinate with designers, developers, catalogue teams, and other internal members.
• Clearly communicate requirements and ensure execution aligns with brand standards.
• Act as the right-hand support to the Founder.

Must-Have SkillsAcademic Qualification

• 90%+ in Mathematics in 10th & 12th Standard (Strict Requirement)

Technical Skills

• Strong in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, MATCH, Pivot Tables).
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation.

Communication Skills

• Clear, confident verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain ideas well and get work done through others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹310,000.00 per year
