Product Owner

Role & responsibilities

• Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Fraud & Scam Management Platform.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle  from discovery and design to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, data flows, and analytics-driven features to enhance fraud detection and prevention.
• Work with cross-functional squads (security, risk, compliance, technology, operations) using Agile practices to deliver value at speed.
• Ensure strict compliance with governance and regulatory requirements while balancing customer experience.
• Use customer insights, data, and experiments to drive product decisions and improvements.
• Proactively identify risks, emerging fraud trends, and regulatory changes, adapting product features accordingly.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, leaders, and external partners to align product initiatives with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven product management experience in complex, large-scale digital/tech environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and analytics with ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with experience influencing senior audiences.
• Domain knowledge in fraud management, scams, digital payments, or financial services (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with Scam Prevention Framework (SPF) and related fraud prevention models is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making ability, especially in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to balance innovation, compliance, and customer experience.
