As a Product Manager AI at Asite, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and integration of AI/ML-powered capabilities into our B2B SaaS platform. This opportunity is perfect for professionals with at least 4+ years of experience in SaaS solutions, looking to advance their careers in a growth-focused company. **Responsibilities:** - Own the roadmap and delivery for Cognitive CDE and modern AI solutions, utilizing AI/ML-driven features such as predictive analytics, natural language interfaces, intelligent automation, or anomaly detection. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering, and UX teams to define requirements, MVPs, and success metrics. - Translate AI capabilities into user-centric use cases, ensuring they align with customer pain points and business objectives. - Keep abreast of developments in AI/ML, identifying opportunities to apply new models, LLMs, or approaches to our platform. - Collaborate with GTM teams to develop positioning and messaging for AI-powered features. - Monitor AI/ML performance post-release, making iterations based on usage data, model feedback, and market trends. - Ensure the quality of releases through testing, validation, and acceptance of the work done. - Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes. **Desired Skills & Experience:** - 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML products in a SaaS environment. - Sound understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycles, and data pipelines. - Experience in launching production-grade AI features in collaboration with technical teams. - Ability to translate complex technology into clear product requirements and customer value. - Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with Azure AI and Google Cloud tools like Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, LangChain, and/or OpenAI APIs. - Exposure to enterprise verticals such as construction tech, finance, and logistics. - Knowledge of ethical AI principles, model governance, or explainability tools. - Technical proficiency with APIs, data schemas, and integrations. - Excellent teamwork skills combined with a can-do attitude. - Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, particularly development teams.
