Key Responsibilities: Design and own the end-to-end cross-sell product strategy via call center and contact center channels . Collaborate with marketing, data, and operations teams to create targeted outbound campaigns for existing customers. Identify customer segments and personalize offers based on lifecycle behavior and product holding. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics: conversion rates, lead penetration, talk time, quality, and sales KPIs. Develop training and scripts for telesales agents to ensure strong product communication and objection handling. Coordinate with IT/Tech teams to streamline dialer strategies, lead management, and CRM integrations. Ensure full compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal policies on customer communication and product suitability.
