You will be joining our team as an In-Store Model to represent our premium diamond jewellery collection. Your role will involve showcasing our beautiful pieces through physical presentation, hand modelling, and digital content creation to help customers visualize the beauty and fit of our jewellery. Your responsibilities will include modelling various jewellery collections such as rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets during client appointments, events, and fittings. You will also be required to pose for close-up shots and videos featuring our jewellery, ensuring graceful hand movements and posture for high-quality visuals. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will create social media content like reels, lifestyle videos, and short-form content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. In addition, you will engage with clients while modelling to create an aspirational shopping experience and provide support in visual merchandising by styling and presenting jewellery in a natural and aspirational manner. It is essential to maintain exceptional grooming and a refined appearance consistent with luxury brand standards. To excel in this role, you should ideally have experience in modelling, luxury retail, or brand ambassador roles. Your hands and nails must be well-maintained and photo-ready. You should be comfortable in front of a camera for both still and video content, possess an elegant posing style with good posture and body awareness, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Being punctual, reliable, and able to take creative direction is crucial. An understanding of social media trends and comfort in participating in short-form content will be advantageous. In this role, your responsibilities will focus on strategic growth, coverage management, channel management, sales leadership, executive alignment, and cross-functional team leadership. You will be responsible for developing winning strategies and territory growth plans to achieve consistent growth within leading customers and broad-based in portfolio, transportation, and electronics business. Additionally, you will expand reach into new customers by creating coverage plans and working with partner and distributor channels to focus on growing the long tail customers in the region. Managing and growing channel proficiency, enabling sales teams of partners and distributors to implement growth plans, and identifying potential new partnerships with resellers and system integrators are also key aspects of this role. Leading Emerson T&M's strategy, coordinating internal resources to optimize market penetration, and building credibility to accelerate and grow current revenue will be part of your responsibilities. You will also establish executive-level connections between Emerson T&M and customers to drive engagement and mutual success, as well as partner with different business units to identify and act on growth opportunities. As a proactive, strategic problem solver, you will be adept at establishing lasting relationships and delivering exceptional results. Handling complex accounts and driving account growth at both tactical and strategic levels will be within your capabilities. To excel in this role, you will need at least 6 years of experience in B2B sales or related customer-facing roles, with a consistent record of revenue growth in a complex mix of territories. Experience in handling channels for sales engagements is preferred. The position is based in Pune and requires technical expertise in selling electronic test & measurement solutions. Cross-functional leadership experience, a track record of consistent revenue growth year-on-year, territory management skills, and a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience are also necessary.
