Product Engineering Practice Lead

As a hands-on leader, you will play a crucial role in scaling our Product Engineering Practice to build high-quality digital products for our global customers across diverse industries. Your responsibilities will include driving technical excellence, mentoring cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Support presales and solution engineering for digital product development opportunities. - Engage with clients throughout the discovery, scoping, and delivery phases to shape product and technology/architecture. - Collaborate with the Sales team to create techno-commercial proposals and RFP responses. - Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, tech leads, and architects. - Design competency development programs in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and agile delivery in collaboration with the resourcing team. - Contribute to case studies and thought leadership content to support the marketing team. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of experience in software/product engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or practice-building role. - Demonstrated success in building and delivering modern digital solutions. - Experience in coaching and mentoring. - Strong client-facing skills with the ability to align client business requirements with technology solutions. - Proficiency in full-stack software development (Java), microservices, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps. - Good understanding of web and mobile applications development frameworks, including cross-platform and native solutions. - Preferred experience working in a software services or digital consultancy environment. - Exposure to multiple business domains such as retail, industry, and healthtech would be advantageous.,
