Product Engineer (Electronics & Embedded Systems)

As an Electronics/Electrical Engineer at KasperTech, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation products. Your expertise in circuit design, embedded systems, and microcontroller programming will be instrumental in creating cutting-edge technologies for smart city tech. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop circuits for automation devices and load control systems - Prepare schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation - Conduct testing of circuits, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance - Program microcontrollers, microprocessors, and IoT modules - Develop firmware and optimize code efficiencies - Oversee prototype development and production cycles - Manage junior engineers & technicians, review their work, and ensure timely project delivery - Apply understanding of electrical load management and safety standards - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for components and manufacturing **Qualifications Required** - Bachelors degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field - At least 6 months of industry experience in circuit design, PCB development, and embedded systems - Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, AVR, ESP32, STM32, etc.) and programming in C/C++/Embedded C - Hands-on experience with testing tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc.) - Good understanding of electrical systems, load control, and power electronics - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills At KasperTech, you will be part of an urban automation startup that is committed to creating a smarter and safer future through the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things technologies.
