Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for New Product Development Ensure effective application of APQP and Project Management as a Project Leader to fulfil Project Milestones Lead and Co-ordinate Technical Discussions and Communications with Customer as well as within Hirschvogel Group Take focussed actions across Development Phases to ensure Costs and Quality as per calculated product costing Carry out Process Optimizations and Improvements to maximize Product profitability Maintain Product Master Data across the Lifecycle of Products Systematic Product and Process Change Management execution Process and System compliances as per IATF, VDA, Customer and Hirschvogel requirements RFQs Feasibility Assessment and Product Costing Review before Quotation submission Technical Sales Function so as to contribute to Hirschvogels Future Growth Preferred candidate profile Masters or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Experience in forging or metal forming industry Experience of direct customer handling and interactions for technical topics Experience of APQP / Project Management is preferred
