Role: Design Associate Type: Off-roll Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai (MondayFriday, Work from Office) Education : Bachelor in Design (preferred but not mandatory) Experience : Minimum 1 year Mandatory Skills: User research Effective communication Wireframing Prototyping Animation Job Responsibilities: Gather and evaluate user requirements with input from product managers and engineers. Develop storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to visualize design ideas. Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets. Create page navigation buttons and search functionalities. Produce UI mockups and prototypes that convey functionality and appearance. Prepare and present draft designs to internal teams and stakeholders. Identify and address UX issues based on feedback. Make layout changes adhering to font, color, and style guidelines. Key Skills: User research: Conduct surveys, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights. Wireframing: Develop low-fidelity blueprints for layouts and content structure. Communication: Clearly articulate design concepts to stakeholders and teams. Empathy: Understand user motivations and emotions to create user-centric designs. Information qrchitecture: Structure and organize information intuitively. Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams. Interactive design: Create functional prototypes with transitions and animations. UX writing: Write clear, user-friendly interface copy. Coding: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for prototyping and collaboration. Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to simulate user experiences. Time management: Deliver projects within timelines and manage priorities effectively. Usability testing: Evaluate designs with real users to ensure functionality. Visual design: Create designs aligned with branding and design principles. Analytic reasoning: Use data to identify patterns and improve designs.
