**Role Overview:** As a Data Scientist at Google, you will play a crucial role in providing quantitative support, market understanding, and strategic perspectives to partners across the organization. Your expertise in analytics will help partners make informed decisions by translating data into meaningful insights and recommendations. You will work within the Platforms and Devices team, focusing on Google's computing software platforms, devices, and services to enhance user experiences globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with various teams such as Games Data Science, Product Strategy, Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing Management, and User Experience to analyze user behavior, conduct experiments, and drive product insights for Play's games business. - Deliver compelling presentations of your findings and recommendations to leadership at multiple levels to influence Play's investments in games. - Develop a deep understanding of the gaming industry to inform strategic decisions and optimize user experiences. - Conduct statistical analyses using R or Python, extract data using SQL, and create pipelines and dashboards using various tools to support data-driven decision-making. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. - 5 years of experience in analysis applications and coding (Python, R, SQL), or 2 years of experience with a Master's degree. - Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related field is preferred. - Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization for 5 years. - Proficiency in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership for 5 years. - 3 years of experience in mobile advertising analytics.,
