Product Data Analyst, Experimentation

Role Overview: BOLD is seeking a Product Data Analyst to provide valuable insights from the A/B Testing program to business partners. As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing metrics, reporting, and conducting in-depth analysis to drive improvements in products. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough A/B test analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing products. - Ensure data accuracy and quality in A/B test reports. - Create new A/B Test reports and enhance existing ones. - Present A/B Test insights and recommendations to business leaders. - Provide support to other analysts in their A/B test analysis and insights. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis on A/B tests, preferably in an internet or technology company. - Proficiency in managing large Google Sheets, including querying and other advanced functionalities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in complex project areas. - Impeccable attention to detail and data accuracy. - Ability to write complex SQL queries for critical business decisions and reports. - Strong understanding of Statistics with the capability to explain statistical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field with a history of academic excellence. - Self-starter with a willingness to learn and quickly grasp the business and its drivers. - Capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
