Product Data Analyst, Experimentation

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Product Data Analyst at BOLD by providing valuable insights from the A/B Testing program to business partners. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth A/B test analysis, ensuring data accuracy in reports, developing new reports, and presenting insights to business leaders. You will work closely with other analysts to support them in their A/B test analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough A/B test analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement. - Maintain data quality and accuracy in A/B test reports. - Create new A/B Test reports and enhance existing ones. - Present A/B Test insights and recommendations to business leaders. - Assist other analysts in their A/B test analysis and insights. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis on A/B tests, preferably in an internet or technology company. - Proficiency in managing large Google Sheets, including querying and other advanced functions. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in complex project areas. - Attention to detail and data accuracy. - Ability to write complex SQL queries for driving business decisions and reports. - Solid understanding of Statistics and the ability to explain statistical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field with a history of academic excellence. - Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and quickly grasp the business and its drivers. - Capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
