Product & Accessory Designer

As a Product & Accessory Designer at Tripole Gears, you will play a crucial role in designing and prototyping backpacks and travel accessories. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sampling and production teams, preparing detailed tech packs, and ensuring that your design decisions align with the brand's tone and values. Key Responsibilities: - Design and prototype backpacks and travel accessories - Collaborate with sampling & production teams to bring concepts to life - Prepare detailed tech packs and coordinate product photoshoots and visual branding - Align design decisions with the brand's tone and values Qualifications Required: - Formal training in accessory design - Hands-on experience in the bag or soft goods industry - Ownership mindset and ability to lead a product category - Long-term commitment to building and evolving with Tripole - Bachelors degree or diploma in Accessory Design, Industrial Design, or Fashion Design from a reputed design institute (e.g., NIFT, NID, Pearl) If you are passionate about creating meaningful products, particularly in the outdoor and travel sector, and possess the necessary design skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Tripole Gears.
