Prod Support Lead Engineer

You are looking for a production support lead analyst who can collaborate with a team of analysts and engineers to address code triage, analysis, and quick fixes for issues. The primary focus of your work will be to identify and resolve technical and functional challenges within the Packaged Capabilities Space and its associated applications, Infrastructure, or external SaaS Products. As a highly technical and motivated individual, you will be responsible for interacting with stakeholders and engineering teams, managing post-implementation support changes that are deployed to production. Your role will involve proactive monitoring of production tickets, conducting trend analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing operational expenses. Your key responsibilities will include 24x7 monitoring, prompt response to alerts, analysis and adjustment of Dynatrace alerts, basic Splunk querying, Tealeaf research, issue isolation, and handling/supporting calls. You will also work on escalated issues, lead discussions with various teams, develop application monitoring solutions to enhance availability and performance, conduct root-cause analysis, maintain reports, requests, SLA, and logs of all issues. To be successful in this role, you should have 6-8 years of experience in software development or maintenance, a Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business field or equivalent work experience, familiarity with technologies such as React, NodeJS, Java, Scala, Golang, and Python, as well as Cloud services like AWS. Strong technical debugging, analytical skills, root cause analysis capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include exposure to AWS and production environments.
