Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Professional to join our team.
The role involves managing the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing and negotiating with vendors to preparing purchase agreements and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.

Follow up and obtain quotations from the vendors.
Prepare price comparison for the prices submitted by the vendors.
Developing new vendors.
Preparation and execution of purchase orders/ LOI/ agreements for the approved vendor and pricing along with terms and conditions.
Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors for the requirements raised by the stakeholders.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
Preparing related procurement reports.
