Procurement Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Review Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Order Changes (POC) for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with contracts.
Support the creation and processing of PRs and POCs.
Provide general order support to suppliers and internal stakeholders, including assistance with delivery-related issues.
Manage receipts and assetization for AD Insight orders and support other receipt processes.
Handle PO revisions to accommodate internal change requirements.
Reconcile blocked invoices and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor the ProcOps email account and respond to queries as needed.
Follow up on outstanding PR/PO Change approvals to ensure timely processing.

Required Skills

Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in Coupa, Microsoft Office Suite, and ServiceNow.
Ability to interpret executed agreements and convert commercials into purchase requisitions (preferred).
Experience in creating and supporting purchase requisitions and purchase orders (preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 years of relevant experience in procurement operations or a similar role.
