Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (Civil & Electrical) to oversee and manage the procurement processes for electrical works in infrastructure and government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead procurement activities related to electrical engineering works across multiple projects.
Prepare and analyse project budgets, rate analysis, and costing in alignment with DSR and CPWD norms.
Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, including coordination with site engineers and petty contractors.
Ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and equipment to support uninterrupted project execution.
Monitor ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of CPWD procedures, DSR-based rate analysis, and government procurement process.
Proficiency in project budgeting, scheduling, and procurement strategy.
Experience with AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting electrical engineering designs.
Excellent knowledge of tender preparation and bid evaluation.
Strong negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication in English language.
MS-Excel knowledge

Preferred eligibility:

Prior experience in CPWD, Indian Railways, or other government projects.
Familiarity with public procurement rules and compliance frameworks.
