Job Description

Job Title: F&B Procurement Executive Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2–3 Years (preferably in restaurant or hospitality industry) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive F&B Procurement Executive to efficiently manage the sourcing and purchasing of food and beverage items for our operations. Key Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with local vendors for quality and cost-effective F&B supplies. Process and track daily purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of items to outlets. Maintain updated records of vendor details, pricing, and purchase histories. Coordinate with kitchen teams for purchase requisitions and manage inventory levels. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and hygiene standards. Requirements: 2–3 years of F&B procurement experience, preferably in restaurants or hotels in Hyderabad. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
