Your Role

In this Role you play key role in:

Expertise on Supply Chain processes with a good level of understanding on Order

Management

Should be willing to work as per Business requirement
Working knowledge in SAP

your profile

Excellent written and Verbal communication
Experience in customer order management process – Order creation, PO processing, Handling Customer queries, Exposure to SAP and Zendesk
Can independently handle customer inquiries through Phone or emails

Good understanding of end to end
