Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices accurately and within defined SLAs.
• Handle Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoice processing.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching.
• Manage vendor master data creation and maintenance.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier queries.
• Execute payment runs and support payment processing activities.
• Monitor aged payables and vendor reconciliations.
• Process employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and company policies.
• Support month-end closing activities, accruals, and reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Assist in transitions, SOP documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in

  Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay operations

• GRIR Reconciliation
• Vendor Reconciliation
• Payments
• T&E Claims
• AP Month-End Activities
• Experience working with ERP systems such as:
• SAP

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in shared services/BPO/Big 4 environment preferred.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
• 3-8 years of relevant P2P/AP experience.
