We Urgently require a PMS-Manager for an Electronics retail company in Mumbai. The candidate should have minimum of 7 years’ experience in retail. The key responsibilities include designing and implementing performance management systems, processes, and tools across departments. The candidate should have strong understanding of performance management frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, SMART goals). Preferred location in Western line between Andheri and Borivali The CTC range is up to 12 lakhs Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
