Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with business and technology experts to assess requirements, define scope, and produce necessary documentation for project approvals. - Set clear expectations with stakeholders, manage project planning, scheduling, tasks, and resources to meet objectives and timelines effectively. - Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while ensuring project goals are achieved in dynamic environments. - Provide high-quality customer service, communicate project status regularly to stakeholders, and engage effectively with various partners. - Manage project budgets efficiently, ensure compliance with Project Management Methodology and Key Controls, and maintain meticulous project records. - Support PMO management in integrated planning activities, project portfolio reporting, and coordination. - Lead boldly, utilize hard and soft skills to influence participants at all levels towards common goals. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience in Agile methodology, PMP and/or CSM certifications are a plus. - Strong process orientation, understanding of project management techniques, and best practices. - Organizational, planning, and analytical skills, including project scheduling, risk identification, and change management. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels. - Strong leadership qualities, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to work independently or within a team. - Independent judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve necessary goals. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint).
