Process & Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining all Management Systems smoothly to aim for zero errors and eliminate customer complaints. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure process control with onsite support for the Pune site. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring adherence to the quality control system and participating in daily quality control activities as required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality system in the organization following International Standards ISO and IATF standard. - Coordinate with Production and Quality Control for the control of non-conforming products. - Utilize statistical techniques in collaboration with all departments. - Oversee QA activities such as Change control process, NCPRR, internal corrective actions, and risk analysis like FMEA, HIRA. - Execute 6 Sigma Projects assigned by the champion. - Handle Customer audits effectively. - Manage Supplier performance including rating, audits, and follow-up. - Assure quality control activities, input data, and system adherence. - Conduct process audits and lead non-conformance closures. - Provide training to shop floor members on processes and quality standards. **Qualifications Required:** - MSc in chemistry or Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering. - 2-4 years of relevant experience is mandatory. - Good understanding of Quality processes. In this role, you will need the following competencies: - Skilled in quality assurance & testing. - Mandatory knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). - Experience in customer handling and validation of processes.
