Process Engineer III

As a member of the team at Lummus Technology, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of Basic Engineering Packages for Hydroprocessing technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Working on revamp projects and various studies, as well as preparing study reports. - Conceptualizing Basis of Design and coordinating process engineering activities with different engineering disciplines. - Performing process engineering calculations and tasks in compliance with Lummus standards. - Developing process simulations, Heat & Material Balances, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Philosophy. - Reviewing Unit Utility Balance and preparing Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Interlocks for safe plant operation. - Creating Material Selection Diagrams, Design Pressure, and Design Temperature calculations. - Preparing and reviewing process equipment datasheets including Column, Reactor, Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Pump, Compressor, etc. - Conducting hydraulics calculations, line sizing, and relief load calculations for over pressurization scenarios. - Developing and reviewing Instrument datasheets and participating in process improvement meetings. - Customizing Technical Proposals based on client requirements. Qualifications Required: - 6 - 10 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in process engineering simulation software like Pro II, Provision, or Aspen Plus. - Good understanding of international regulations, codes, and standards such as API, ASME, and ANSI. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in Hydroprocessing Technologies is preferred. - B.
