Job Description – Process CoordinatorPosition Overview
The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the smooth execution of production processes in the millet-based food products unit. The role involves supervising production activities, maintaining workflow efficiency, and facilitating effective communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Coordination
· Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.
· Ensure adherence to production timelines and targets.
· Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
2. Team Coordination & Supervision
· Allocate tasks and responsibilities to operators and workers.
· Train staff on production quality & safety practices.
· Monitor manpower efficiency and oversee shift operations.
· Coordinate with MIS & Sales team
3. Inventory & Resource Management
· Track usage of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
· Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.
· Report stock requirements to the purchase team.
4. Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain daily production logs and MIS reports.
· Highlight variances between production plans and actuals.
· Prepare and share periodic performance reports with management.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of production unit
· Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to coordinate across teams and manage workforce effectively.
· Strong communication and reporting skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
