Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes across departments Ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of assigned tasks Communicate with internal teams to track project status and resolve issues Maintain process documentation, checklists, and reports Support production or service teams by organizing schedules and resources Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate when necessary Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency Ensure compliance with quality and company standards Requirements: Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or similar) 1–3 years of experience in operations or process coordination Basic knowledge of Excel, documentation, and workflow tracking Good communication and follow-up skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multitasking Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
