Job Description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products
  • Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
  • Manage SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) activities, including review and approval of test executions.
  • Oversee defect management processes to ensure timely resolution and quality compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions for functional consultants on data migration testing and validation activities within the program.
  • Train business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) on data migration test and validation procedures.
  • Track and follow up on training completion and validation progress of all program participants.
  • Develop and maintain training materials to support testing and validation initiatives.
  • Create and review compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in SAP IT projects within a global corporate environment.
  • At least 3 years experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)-regulated environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an instructor/trainer for business users and functional consultants in SAP or compliance-related projects.
  • 2 years experience working with IT SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • 2 years experience in Data Integrity and Data Migration processes.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
  • 1 year of experience using Microsoft and Google productivity tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Word).
  • 1 year of experience working with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
