We're not just promoting sports; we're creating legends and transforming how India runs - literally a $400+ million stride! Job Overview: Seeking a Graphic Designer & a Print Production whiz! You'll be the backbone of our print process, transforming creative designs into stunning printed realities for high-profile sports events. Your role? To handle everything from file preparation to the final print, ensuring each piece is a visual masterpiece. Responsibilities:  Master the art of preparing final print files, including flex prints, banners, wall graphics, and small print collaterals.  Book and magazine lay outing.  Event collateral print files  Adaptation of master design into event collaterals  Organize and package print files, ensuring they're vendor ready.  Coordinate with print vendors for timely printing and delivery, making sure everything is on point.  Review print proofs from vendors for quality and accuracy – your eye for detail makes all the difference.  Provide expert photo retouching and image manipulation – add that extra magic to our visuals.  Work together with Graphic Designers and Art Directors, ensuring a smooth production process.  Catalogue and reference art for current and future projects – you're the keeper of our visual treasures.  Scale and size images for large format printing – think big, print bigger! Qualifications:  6+ years in agency print production event management / BTL industry  Proficiency in CorelDraw, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other key publishing tools.  Experience with various projects like book layouts.  A talent for juggling multiple projects in a lively, deadline-driven environment.  A sharp eye for CMYK workflows, colour perfection, and quality in large format prints.  Working knowledge of 3D design tools and workflows will be a plus.
