Probationary Engineer

As a Probationary Engineer at Paradigm IT Private Limited in Kochi, you will be responsible for tasks related to structural design, concrete reinforcement detailing, structural steel detailing, BIM services, and pre-construction CAD services. The role involves collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions and support client projects. Your duties and responsibilities include demonstrating suitability for the role by showcasing technical competence, adaptability, work ethic, and adherence to company standards. You are expected to proactively learn from senior staff on software usage, working concepts, and procedures necessary for the assigned work. It is essential to gain a thorough understanding of job responsibilities and expectations. Attend all training sessions, take thorough notes, and document them for future use. Paraphrase the content of internal or external training videos to your Trainer and seek clarification for any doubts. Follow instructions meticulously, complete assigned tasks within the allotted time, and notify your Trainer immediately if tasks are completed early or challenges arise. Before beginning any task, ensure a complete understanding of the task, concepts, procedures, standards, and timelines. Report any work, software, or hardware-related issues to your Trainer promptly. Strive to complete tasks accurately the first time, avoiding rework, and make corrections based on Trainer feedback. Actively participate in company activities, adhere to all organizational rules, regulations, uphold confidentiality agreements, and maintain high ethical standards in all actions. Deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines, communicate progress and challenges to supervisors regularly, and take on additional responsibilities willingly to enhance role-related skills. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, manage time effectively to balance workload and meet productivity expectations. All reporting shall be done to the assigned Trainer, update the Trainer on the status of work daily, and notify immediately if stuck. Enter manhours daily in the timesheet. Please note that candidates who have attended the Technical Test/Interview with Paradigm IT Pvt Ltd. within 6 months are not allowed to participate in this drive.
