Roles & Responsibilities – Counter Sales (Car Accessories) Customer Handling Greet and attend customers at the counter. Understand their needs and suggest suitable car accessories. Explain product features, pricing, and warranty clearly. Sales & Promotion Promote new arrivals, offers, and best-selling accessories. Upsell and cross-sell products along with detailing services. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Product Knowledge Know the details of all accessories (seat covers, mats, perfumes, sunshades, etc.). Guide customers on product compatibility with their cars. Billing & Stock Management Handle billing and payment (cash, card, UPI). Maintain stock records and report shortages to the manager. Keep display counters neat and attractive. Customer Service Provide after-sales support and handle complaints politely. Build good relationships for repeat business. Team Support Coordinate with detailing staff for installation of accessories. Share customer feedback and sales reports with management.
