Job Role: Real Estate Process Lead Generation Location: Airoli, Empire Tower Salary: Up to 28,000 in-hand Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals for our Real Estate Lead Generation process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales or the real estate domain, preferably within the BPO industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads for real estate projects through outbound calls and follow-ups. Maintain a database of prospective clients and ensure timely updates. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property information. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up. Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) Experience in sales or real estate process within a BPO setup is preferred.
